Financial matters in the divorce between MacKenzie Scott and Dan Jewett have already been resolved through an agreement over the division of assets.
According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, MacKenzie and Dan Jewett have signed a “separation contract” to formalize the terms of their divorce settlement.
MacKenzie, who was previously married to Jeff Bezos for 25 years before their divorce in 2019, filed for divorce from Jewett after just a year-and-a-half of marriage on Monday, September 26.
Following her divorce from Bezos, MacKenzie received $37 billion and pledged half of it to charity.
Considering that it’s highly likely that 52-year-old MacKenzie and 47-year-old Dan signed a prenuptial agreement, the separation contract likely reflects the terms of the prenup.
